Powernetic machines make up the core of our training here at West Monroe. There is no debating that our great success, by in large, must be attributed to the developmental benefits our athletes have experienced from this kind of conditioning.
I recall a few years ago when our top 24 boys were averaging right at 40 inches in their vertical jump. With these machines an athlete experiences total body development in a game like setting. Such training will give any coach an edge, it has certainly done that for us.
I cannot recommend to any coach a more effective way to prepare his athletes to play the game of football where they can, game in and game out, perform at the highest possible level.
