The Attacker radiates power from the feet to the hands by performing 8 - 10 reps per second, uncoiling their body from the hips into a full hand separation.

Football coaches say the Attacker simulates the line of play like no other ground base hand separation machine. Athletes training on the Attacker get a true sports-specific carry over to the field.

Athletes will radiate explosive ground base strength from their feet completely through their hands in one continious line of fire. Because the athlete works fast, performing 8 to 10 reps in 10-15 seconds, the Attacker can work three athletes per minute, or approximately 175-200 athletes per hour.
